Role Overview

We are seeking a Paid Social Lead to spearhead the development and execution of paid social strategies for our esteemed clients. This role is pivotal in nurturing client relationships and providing expert guidance in social media to foster innovation and collaboration with our platform partners. You will also play a crucial role in mentoring junior team members, enhancing their technical skills and soft skills essential for effective client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct the paid social strategy, encompassing budget management, media planning, forecasting, and the creation of testing and learning frameworks, along with measurement plans and ongoing data analysis.
  • Conduct in-depth platform audits and devise strategies that ensure exemplary execution and optimal outcomes for our clients.
  • Facilitate collaboration among Social team members, other PMG departments, and platform partners to consistently monitor and enhance campaign performance.
  • Act as a liaison with client leadership and platform representatives, focusing on strengthening and expanding client and platform partnerships.
  • Develop expertise in PMG's proprietary technology platform, Alli, to generate tailored data analysis and reporting, while contributing to its ongoing enhancement for improved efficiency.
  • Consistently deliver your best to support our client brands, ensuring that projects are completed on schedule and within budget while meeting strategic goals.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in digital media and paid social, with a focus on strategy development, execution, and performance optimization.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a digital environment, with responsibilities including team leadership, training, and coaching.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools (SQL knowledge is advantageous) for both routine and ad hoc reporting, with the ability to communicate data insights effectively.
  • A strong preference for collaborative work environments where communication and teamwork are prioritized.
  • A genuine passion for service, continuous learning, and growth, with an understanding of the ever-evolving social media landscape.
  • Experience in managing client relationships and engaging with client executives.
