About the Job
We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to support the development and execution of integrated campaign plans, working closely with the Creative and Media departments to meet key deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop foundational knowledge of clients' business challenges, objectives, and product offerings through continuous learning and research.

• Utilize problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail to ensure smooth execution of marketing objectives and projects.

• Organize and prioritize marketing objectives and projects to achieve timely delivery of results.

• Collaborate with the Creative and Media departments to develop and execute integrated campaign plans across various channels, including broadcast, digital, social, mobile, print, and OOH.

• Provide timely delivery of reporting and analysis of campaign performance, as well as ongoing industry and market research.

• Manage task completion autonomously using company project management platforms.

• Support Account Supervisor in meeting preparation and development of client presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or a related field of study.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

• Motivated, critical-thinker with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Experience in an agency setting or marketing firm, preferably in the automotive industry.

• Familiarity with digital advertising and social media platforms, including Google Analytics and Facebook Business Manager.
