We are seeking a Social Media Manager who will play a crucial role in creating organic content in partnership with key internal stakeholders, including the Senior Brand Marketing Director and Senior Graphic Designer.

This individual will oversee, cultivate, and amplify visibility across various social media platforms for our expanding client base, particularly focusing on technology.

Key responsibilities include planning and managing a monthly content calendar and developing comprehensive lead generation campaigns across multiple channels.

Collaboration with the team is essential to ensure consistency in assets and messaging across all social platforms while adhering to creative briefs, timelines, and budgetary constraints.

Regular internal analytics reporting will be provided to stakeholders, along with monthly updates to clients, including actionable recommendations to enhance visibility and engagement.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Management
Optimize content tailored for each social media platform, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
Collaborate with the internal marketing team to establish a monthly content calendar for the agency and its clients.
Oversee production, deadlines, and quality assurance for all social media content, including visual assets (videos, images, infographics), copywriting (blog posts, marketing materials), and graphic design (standards and guidelines).
Utilize internal tools for content posting and management, coordinating the approval process with internal stakeholders.
Proactively generate ideas and concepts for lead generation campaigns, including researching and writing blog articles and other valuable content (whitepapers, surveys, case studies) to boost traffic and engagement.
Maintain a consistent brand voice for the agency and clients across their respective social media channels.
Repurpose existing materials into fresh, engaging content that drives interaction and conversion.
Conduct research to understand client target audiences and influencers.
Master SEO/SEM tools, such as SEMrush, to optimize content effectively.
Identify key components that contribute to successful posts and ensure content reflects the latest platform updates.
Develop weekly internal post analysis reports with actionable insights and a monthly client report demonstrating performance trends.
Stay informed about industry and competitive trends, identifying necessary actions.

CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT
Oversee the complete execution of all social media marketing campaigns, including planning, budgeting, and performance tracking.
Establish a reporting process for weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance measurement and optimization across all platforms.
Create A/B testing strategies for creative and media formats.
Maintain social media content calendars across all platforms.
