Role Overview

We are seeking a Paid Social Lead to spearhead the execution of paid social strategies, driving innovation and performance for our esteemed client brands. This role requires a strong relationship builder who can provide expert guidance in social media and lead thought leadership initiatives to enhance client and platform partnerships. You will also mentor junior team members, enhancing their technical skills and soft skills essential for effective client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee paid social strategies, including budget management, media planning, forecasting, and performance measurement, while continuously analyzing data and presenting insights to our brand partners and internal teams.
  • Conduct in-depth platform audits and devise strategies that ensure top-tier execution and optimal outcomes for our clients.
  • Foster collaboration among Social team members, other PMG departments, and platform partners to monitor and enhance campaign performance on a regular basis.
  • Act as a primary liaison with client leadership and platform representatives, focusing on nurturing and expanding client and platform relationships.
  • Acquire proficiency in PMG's proprietary technology platform, Alli, to facilitate tailored data analysis and reporting, contributing to the platform's development for enhanced efficiency in daily operations.
  • Consistently deliver your best to support our client brands and lead your team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, aligning with strategic goals.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in digital media and paid social, with a proven track record in social media strategy, planning, execution, and optimization.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a digital context, responsible for leading teams, training, and coaching in both technical and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and other data analysis tools (SQL preferred but not mandatory) for ongoing and ad hoc reporting, with the ability to communicate data-driven insights effectively.
  • A collaborative mindset, thriving in team environments where communication and cooperation are essential.
  • A passion for service, continuous learning, and growth, with a forward-thinking approach to the ever-evolving social media landscape.
  • Experience in managing client relationships and engaging with client executives.
