Position Overview
The Social Media Advertising Manager is tasked with crafting and implementing data-informed marketing strategies aimed at boosting customer acquisition, enhancing content engagement, and facilitating upselling, with a strong focus on reporting and optimizing various digital media channels across multiple global markets. This role will prioritize the management and optimization of paid social media initiatives across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Reddit, Instagram, and YouTube. Additional paid channels may be utilized, along with essential tactics like ABM Display, Retargeting display, and paid search. Your expertise and outcome analysis will be pivotal in generating actionable insights and progressively enhancing campaign effectiveness to deliver value to the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in managing paid social media and related domains such as paid media, social media, media analytics, ad optimization, or email automation.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Expertise
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of planning, executing, and managing paid media campaigns that support performance marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition, visitor engagement, and upselling throughout the sales funnel.
Communication and Collaboration
- Exhibit strong communication skills essential for aligning marketing strategies and ensuring consistent messaging and branding across various stakeholders, including media team members and leadership.
Project Management
- Utilize project management tools to define and prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple campaigns simultaneously while setting realistic deadlines and objectives.
Vendor Management
- Oversee relationships with external media vendors and agencies, ensuring effective collaboration and timely delivery of services.
Continuous Learning
- Maintain a proactive approach to personal development by staying informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing.
Additional Responsibilities
- Develop and manage digital marketing initiatives across various channels, with a primary focus on paid social media.
- Create compelling ad copy and visuals to optimize campaign performance.
- Manage the trafficking, measurement, and oversight of paid social media campaigns, including budget allocation and bid management.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Conduct audience segmentation and testing to enhance engagement and optimize paid investments.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in paid social media advertising.
Qualifications
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required.
- At least 4 years of direct experience in paid social media management and 6 years of combined experience in related fields. Relevant certifications are advantageous.
