Job Title: Financial Services Administrator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Financial Services Administrator to join our team at Oregon Pacific Bank. In this role, you will be responsible for managing trust accounts, administering estates, and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role:
  • Manage and administer trust accounts, including investments, tax planning, and financial reporting.
  • Assist with estate administration, including probate, trusts, and guardianships.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, attorneys, and other professionals in the industry.
  • Supervise a team of support staff and provide guidance on career development.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulations, laws, and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services, including trust administration and estate planning.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Professional certifications such as CTFA or CFP are preferred.
