We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our Community Justice Department in Jackson County, OR.
About the Job:
This is a full-time position that will provide administrative support to the department, including clerical tasks, data entry, and customer service. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the department, including answering phones, responding to emails, and performing data entry tasks.
- Assist with preparing and disseminating reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, both physical and digital.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a government or non-profit setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with database management and reporting software is a plus.
