Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resident Care Manager to join our team at Waterford Operations LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day nursing activities of our facility, providing high-quality care to our residents, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 1 year of experience as a supervisor in a healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, preferably with LTC experience, and be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to residents, including assisting with activities of daily living.
  • Assist with the Life Enrichment Program and encourage residents to participate in activities.
  • Document and communicate any changes pertaining to residents and complete all reports in a timely manner.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
