About the Role

We are seeking experienced mental health professionals to join our team as Mental Health Associates. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and make a positive impact on the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities

As a Mental Health Associate, you will be responsible for providing direct care services to adults with serious mental illness. This includes supporting the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and providing housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication administration.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Experience working in a behavioral health setting or equivalent combination of education and experience;
  • A strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and support to our clients;
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a direct care team;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 pounds;
What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly wage of $19-$22, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
