About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Healthcare Service Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating patient information, and processing paperwork.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinates all patient information, processes paperwork, including preparation of files for the Billing Department
- Maintains referral logs and monitors office supplies
- Prepares deposits for locations on a weekly basis and prepares invoices for next-day routes
- Processes paperwork, confirms tickets, inputs new patient set-ups, and assembles charts

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent, required
- One year of related work experience, preferred
- Experience with medical billing practices and administrative record management, preferred
- Skills in Microsoft applications, office equipment operation, and customer service

Benefits:
