Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant III to support the operations of our organization. As an Administrative Assistant III, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to program administrators, managing office supplies, and maintaining accurate records.

We offer a competitive salary range of $17.71-$21.20 per hour, commensurate with experience, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid holidays and leave time.

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to program administrators, including preparing documents, answering phones, and responding to emails
- Manage office supplies, including ordering and inventorying materials
- Maintain accurate records, including filing and data entry
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by direct supervisor

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent and four years progressively responsible secretarial experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide the applicant with the desired skills, knowledge and ability required to perform the job
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
