Human Resources and Office Operations Manager

REEF is seeking a highly organized and proactive HR and Office Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the office while overseeing HR functions.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture, and the ability to manage day-to-day office operations seamlessly. You will be responsible for balancing HR responsibilities with administrative office duties to support the growing needs of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with local employment laws and company policies.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and performance reviews.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support company growth.
- Provide support to employees on HR-related queries and concerns.
- Organize and lead training programs to support professional development.
- Promote a positive company culture through employee engagement initiatives.
Office Management:
- Oversee office operations and ensure a well-maintained, organized, and efficient workplace.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility-related matters.
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Coordinate and plan company events, meetings, and employee activities.
- Implement and oversee health and safety protocols within the office environment.
- Ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere for visitors and team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in an HR and/or office management role.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR software, Microsoft Office Suite, and general office systems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Proactive, resourceful, and self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.
