Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and practices that align with the organization's goals and legal requirements.
- Manage employee relations, including addressing employee inquiries, conflicts, and performance issues.
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new hires.
- Develop and manage performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback, responsible for employees probation and termination process.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonuses, and employee benefits.
- Develop and implement employee development and training programs to support career growth and skills development.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, such as employment laws, labor laws, and company policies.
- Manage employee records, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), and other HR-related documentation.
- Stay updated with HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure effective HR operations.
- Administrative management: manage the company's administrative work, including office facilities, procurement, maintenance, and management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. (Master Degree preferred).
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on HR management.
- Experience of working in restaurant & hospitality groups, or similar organizations that manage employees is a plus.
- Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, speaking both English and Chinese is needed.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle employee relations matters with professionalism.
- Ability to develop and implement HR policies and programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to build HRIS systems and proficiency in MS Office applications.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) preferred.
