Human Resources Development Specialist

This role is responsible for optimizing workforce productivity and operational efficiency by effectively managing staffing levels, scheduling, and talent development.
Key Responsibilities- Identify training needs within the workforce and develop departmental training programs to enhance team member skills and knowledge.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to support their professional growth and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Collaborate with managers to assess staffing needs and create workforce plans, and develop strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent within the organization.
- Manage team member schedules to ensure adequate coverage and monitor and adjust schedules to accommodate changes in business needs.
- Establish performance goals and objectives for team members and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
- Bachelor's degree with a focus on Human Resources, Organizational Learning and Development, or closely related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in conducting in-person training within a human resource department.
- Experience working with diverse groups and implementing training programs to ensure operational efficiency.
- Ability to obtain and maintain the required Gaming License.
This role involves prolonged sitting, standing, or walking, stooping or bending, lifting, or carrying up to 30 pounds on a daily basis. Work is performed in an office or casino environment with varying levels of lighting, air quality, noise, and/or temperature.
