Human Resources Manager

EAC Consulting, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Recruiting and Human Resources Manager to join our Miami office. This role will be responsible for managing the recruitment and hiring process, as well as providing guidance and support on HR-related issues to employees and managers.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment and Hiring: Manage the recruitment and hiring process, from identifying suitable candidates to conducting interviews and assisting with hiring decisions.
- Staffing Needs: Work with management to forecast current and future staffing needs, including preparing personnel forecasts and projecting employment requirements.
- HR Guidance and Support: Provide guidance, direction, and support on HR-related issues to employees and managers.
- Issue Resolution: Assist in the internal resolution of personnel issues, advising managers on the best course of action for effective resolution.
- Typically a minimum of five (5) years of directly relevant experience in personnel/human resources field as well as supervisory experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or business related field
- HR certification such as PHR, SPHR or SHRM required.
