Job Description

At Eco Enterprises, we are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to follow directives and work collaboratively with our HR team to ensure the smooth operation of our HR department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process of new employees
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures
  • Provide support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives
  • Conduct research and analyze data to support HR decision-making
  • Stay up-to-date with HR laws and regulations to ensure compliance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in HR
  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
