Job Summary:

The Business Planning Manager will advise upper management in the creation, development, analysis, implementation, and adaptation of budgetary matters and financial management as it relates to the marketing department.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Assists in the development of the marketing's overall budget document, providing advice and analysis to increase the efficiency of the company's spending.
  • Coordinates dashboard development priorities.
  • Has full comprehension of needs within the management, sales, marketing, product management, and supply chain departments to ensure priorities are aligned and executed.
  • Couches and drives data-driven decisions across departments, focusing on predictive and on-time action versus reaction.
  • Analyzes seasonal performance, market intel, and business goals to kick off and manage next year's planning and budgeting process.
  • Tracks seasonal performance from a budget perspective, coordinates, and validates forecasts for quarterly business reviews.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field required.
  • One or more years of experience in marketing or related field.
