We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as an Operations Manager in Training. This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Program OverviewThe Operations Manager in Training program is designed to provide you with the essential tools and development opportunities to succeed in a leadership role. You will work closely with our experienced managers and leadership teams to gain a deep understanding of every facet of the business.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Manage and oversee branch operations, including budget development and oversight
- Delegate responsibilities and maintain organizational control of branch operations and customer service
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Bachelor's or pursuing Bachelor's degree in operations management, business administration, or a similar business-related field
- 2+ years proven experience in an operations management position
- Strong budget development and oversight skills
- Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service
- Highly trained in conflict management and business negotiation processes
- Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
