Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Office Manager at John Gunn - State Farm Agent. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in promoting the growth and success of our agency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the agent to develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.
  • Assist in managing the agency's website and social media presence to ensure consistency and accuracy of information.
  • Identify and support local community events to build relationships and promote the agency's services.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, including lead generation, appointment scheduling, and customer needs assessment.
  • Develop and maintain a digital marketing system to promote the office and its services.
Requirements
  • Possess a Property and Casualty license and be able to obtain a Life and Health license.
  • Have sales experience, preferably in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
  • Have marketing experience, preferably in social media, website, and email content generation.
  • Be able to make presentations to potential customers.
  • Be proficient in social media, website, and email content generation.
  • Be self-motivated, people-oriented, creative in problem-solving, and excellent in collaborative communication.
