Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client accounts effectively – This includes cultivating new business while negotiating contracts and agreements to optimize profitability.
  • Collaborate across departments – Partner closely with the sales team to meet targets while ensuring client satisfaction and engagement with our offerings.
  • Guarantee timely delivery to clients – Oversee the prompt and successful delivery of solutions tailored to client needs and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related discipline.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.
  • Experience with CRM software is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven skills in communicating, presenting, and influencing key stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executive leadership.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary for the role.
