Client Success Manager

This is a remote position with GoVilla Travel.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage client relationships and ensure long-term success through proactive communication and strategic planning.
- Develop and execute customized marketing plans to increase client visibility, engagement, and revenue.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve results.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and achieve client goals.
- Anticipate potential challenges, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely solutions to ensure a smooth client experience.
- Proven experience in client relationship management, sales, and marketing (1+ years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and traditional advertising.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering results and delighting clients.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM software and marketing platforms.
