Client Success Manager

This is a remote position with GoVilla Travel.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in client relationship management, sales, and marketing (1+ years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and traditional advertising.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering results and delighting clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience with CRM software and marketing platforms.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate performance metrics into actionable insights.
