Senior Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior Client Relationship Manager. This position requires a unique blend of account management and service delivery expertise, with a focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic client relationships, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering exceptional service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to assign tasks, resolve issues, and ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and ensuring timely delivery.
- Conduct regular client meetings to review project performance, provide status updates, and discuss opportunities for growth.
- Identify and propose new solutions to add value to clients, working closely with sales and technical teams.
- Resolve client issues promptly and efficiently, escalating as needed to ensure high client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement processes to improve communication, accountability, and overall project and service delivery performance.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in account management and service delivery roles, preferably within the software development or IT industry.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex client interactions and prioritize multiple projects.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and project management tools.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure successful project and service delivery.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to resolving issues and improving processes.
