Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Banking Relationship Manager to join our team at City National Bank of Florida. As a key member of our Commercial Banking group, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing expert credit and lending solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow our commercial banking business, including identifying new sales opportunities and expanding existing relationships.
  • Provide expert credit and lending solutions to our clients, including credit analysis, underwriting, and portfolio management.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and work closely with our clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity, and provide insights and recommendations to our leadership team.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, including regular communication and follow-up to ensure their needs are being met.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in commercial banking, with a strong background in credit and lending.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial banking products and services, including credit analysis, underwriting, and portfolio management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and leadership.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
