Job Title: Commercial Banking Relationship Manager

At City National Bank, we are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Banking Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing expert credit and sales support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales and revenue growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Conduct credit analysis and underwriting, ensuring accurate and timely credit decisions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify cross-selling opportunities and drive business growth
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, providing insights to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in commercial banking, with a strong background in credit and sales
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Excellent credit analysis and underwriting skills, with the ability to make informed credit decisions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and clients
  • Knowledge of commercial banking products and services, including credit analysis, underwriting, and treasury management
