Job Title: Remote Client Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote Client Account Manager to join our dynamic team at American Income Life AO - Mia King. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and overseeing the success of client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Client Accounts: Develop and implement strategies to meet client needs, anticipate challenges, and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Strategic Planning: Lead a remote support team to ensure consistent, high-quality service across multiple client accounts.
  • Client Communication: Conduct regular check-ins with clients, address any concerns, and proactively seek opportunities to add value to the client relationship.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee client projects and coordinate with internal teams to ensure deadlines and expectations are met.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Account Management Experience: Proven experience in client account management, client services, or a related field.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage a team, with strong organizational and decision-making skills.
