Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in the CTV and digital advertising space.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with mid-market agencies and direct clients, providing them with access to digital budgets and innovative solutions.
  • Utilize your exceptional written and verbal pitch skills to secure meetings, grow strategic relationships, and ultimately produce OTT, CTV, and digital media revenue.
  • Master and evangelize Cadent's unique Addressable OTT/CTV platform and technology, helping potential customers understand its value proposition and applicable use cases.
  • Leverage measurement capabilities to differentiate Cadent's OTT/CTV value proposition and drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and procedures, ensuring the efficient scaling of Cadent's growing OTT/CTV business.
  • Provide real-time customer feedback to internal teams, informing product and solution development to meet evolving customer needs.
  • Own and manage weekly pipeline and quarterly forecast, driving sales performance and achieving revenue goals.
Your Ideal Background:
  • 7+ years of experience selling advanced TV, OTT/CTV, or OLV advertising solutions.
  • Platform sales experience a plus (DSPs, SSPs, Inventory Aggregators, etc).
  • Established track record of revenue obtainment results.
  • Passion and understanding of data-driven CTV advertising and the streaming marketplace.
  • Strong presentation skills, with or without a deck.
  • Strong discovery skills, with the ability to obtain market feedback and help shape Cadent's OTT/CTV and overall marketplace offering.
  • Experience driving new business and a willingness to evolve with shifting product offerings and marketplace conditions.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a high level of curiosity, with the ability to work beyond defined boundaries.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to break down complex data-driven TV solutions into digestible pitches.
