The typical earnings for our Finance Managers range from $10,382 to $25,332 monthly.


Compensation Structure: The Finance Manager role features a pay structure that includes a base hourly wage starting at $16.00, with additional commission based on closed sales. There is no upper limit on earnings, allowing for significant income potential based on performance. Furthermore, production bonuses may be awarded based on individual or team achievements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Enhance profitability through accurate and compliant financial management.
  • Deliver professional presentations and demonstrations of both new and pre-owned vehicles.
  • Report to the Sales Manager on objectives, planned activities, and performance analyses.
  • Assess customer financing needs and present suitable payment options through a consultative approach.
  • Offer financing solutions and products to customers.
  • Process finance transactions while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Acquire in-depth product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
  • Manage administrative processes in accordance with company policies and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to foster loyalty.
  • Verify documentation related to cash, finance, or loan transactions.
  • Facilitate the collection of funds at closing.
  • Seek lender approval for financed and leased transactions.
  • Assist in obtaining financing approvals from banks.
  • Handle cancellations for extended warranties and credit life insurance.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance.
  • Proven customer service background.
  • Valid driver's license and sales license.
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Strong motivation to achieve sales targets.
  • Relevant manufacturer certifications.
  • Ability to adhere to dealership policies and standards.
