Position Overview

Role Summary:

As an Automotive Sales Associate, you will be instrumental in guiding customers through their vehicle purchasing journey, providing insights on available models, and ensuring a positive buying experience. Your passion for automobiles and strong communication abilities will enhance our sales team's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner to ascertain their needs and preferences for vehicle recommendations.
  • Facilitate test drives to demonstrate vehicle features and performance.
  • Remain informed about the specifications, features, and pricing of all vehicle models to offer precise and detailed information to customers.
  • Assist customers throughout the sales process, including vehicle selection, financing options, and trade-ins.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales agreements transparently and in a customer-friendly manner.
  • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers for potential repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with fellow sales team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Engage in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Work towards achieving both individual and team sales objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales-driven role.
  • Availability to work weekends is required.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for automobiles and a commitment to customer service.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
  • Applicants must successfully pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, drug tests, and verification of a valid driver license.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in luxury brand automotive sales is preferred.
  • Bi-lingual candidates with Filipino or Chinese language skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities are advantageous.
Additional Information

Compensation Structure:
  • OTE (On-Target-Earnings): $80,000 to $180,000 + / year
    • Based on meeting and exceeding sales targets
*The Sales Representative Position includes a Pay Scale comprising a Base Hourly Compensation of sixteen dollars per hour, with commission based on closed sales with no upper limit based on performance. Additionally, a production bonus may be awarded based on individual or team performance without a fixed upper limit.*

Work Schedule:
  • FULL TIME
  • 5 days a week
  • Weekend availability is mandatory
  • Sales floor hours:
    • Monday - Friday: 9am to 8pm
    • Saturday: 9am to 7pm
    • Sunday: 10am to 6pm
