Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers in a welcoming manner to assess their requirements and suggest appropriate vehicles.
  • Facilitate test drives to highlight vehicle features and benefits.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all vehicle models to provide precise information to clients.
  • Support customers throughout the purchasing process, including financing alternatives.
  • Negotiate sales agreements with transparency and finalize transactions.
  • Conduct follow-ups with customers after the sale to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Establish positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Collaborate with fellow sales team members to enhance the customer experience.
  • Participate in training programs to improve sales techniques.
  • Aim to meet and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Genuine passion for vehicles and customer service.
  • Capability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Authorization to work in the USA.
  • Ability to successfully complete pre-employment assessments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual candidates (Spanish proficiency).
  • Prior experience in automotive sales is advantageous.
  • Proficient negotiation skills.

Compensation Structure:

  • OTE: $75,000 - $125,000+ annually (subject to achieving sales objectives)
