Position Overview
We are in search of a dedicated individual eager to advance within our sales division.

The Sales Support Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing Dealer Competitive Sales Requests (CSRs), assisting with Daily Sales Forecast reports, and delivering additional reporting as needed.

In this capacity, you will serve as the essential support for the sales team, offering organizational and administrative assistance while fostering sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and manage Competitive Sales Requests from field sales and dealer personnel.
  • Collaborate with the Product Marketing team to ensure adherence to Competitive Sales Request protocols.
  • Engage in departmental initiatives and projects utilizing Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Support the Kenworth and Peterbilt sales teams across various regions including the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and South America.
  • Process requests for the Major Account Assistance Program (MAAP) and assess accounts to confirm they meet the necessary program criteria.
  • Assist with sales team and dealer meetings and events.
  • Update Daily Forecast reports and compile sales reports and analyses as requested by executive administration.
  • Provide administrative support to the department, including coverage for the Executive Assistant to the General Manager.
  • Offer ad-hoc assistance for the PACCAR Parts Volume Sales program.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Ability to maintain composure and focus on customer service while resolving issues.
  • Proficient technical skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
  • Interest in utilizing data analytics tools such as Tableau and Snowflake for data transformation and analysis.
