Position Overview:
Chipton-Ross is looking for a dedicated Merchandise Operations Coordinator for a contract role. This position is fully onsite and plays a crucial role in supporting our business partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process inbound merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory counts.
  • Prepare and coordinate gift bags for our clientele, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to customer specifications.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain team to maintain optimal stock levels on-site.
  • Assist the internal sales team in fulfilling customer gift requests and manage packaging for both domestic and international shipping.
  • Support on-site Account Managers with stock merchandise orders as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace that promotes a welcoming atmosphere for internal stakeholders.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.

Essential Qualifications:
  • A minimum of one year of experience in retail operations.
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data analysis tools.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of updating stakeholders on project progress.
  • Physical capability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 35 lbs.
  • Completion of required training is mandatory for this role.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with inventory management.

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education:
High school diploma or GED, along with 1-2 years of relevant experience or a suitable combination of education and experience.
