Position Overview:
This role is essential in driving retail sales initiatives across multiple locations within a designated area. The individual will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining sales data and operational metrics. They will also address discrepancies and implement measures to prevent future occurrences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Travel extensively within the United States while demonstrating the ability to work autonomously.
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with customers.
- Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Assist in the setup and dismantling of Pop-up shops and events.
- Support freight processing and markdown completion.
- Collaborate with store and corporate strategies to minimize shrinkage; observe and report any unusual activities to management.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Work alongside the Brand Activation Lead and Coordinator to implement strategic plans aimed at achieving or surpassing objectives.
- Ensure adherence to visual merchandising standards to enhance product displays and complete marketing initiatives punctually.
- Uphold safety standards on the sales floor and in storage areas; communicate any safety concerns to the travel store lead.

Work Environment:
This position allows for telecommuting, with some responsibilities requiring onsite presence at designated locations.

Daily Activities:
The primary focus will be on customer support, preparing for upcoming events, and concluding previous engagements.

Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales.
- Familiarity with Point-of-Sale systems.
- Valid U.S. driver's license.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnight shifts.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in military or commercial operations leadership.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).

Typical Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED with typically 7 or more years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
