Position Overview
A leading manufacturer in the aerospace sector, known for its innovative solutions in custom designs for nameplates, decals, labels, and specialized panels, is looking for a Production Equipment Specialist to join their workforce.
This role offers a temp-to-hire opportunity with a stable Monday to Friday work schedule, along with comprehensive benefits upon permanent placement.
This position is ideal for individuals with strong mechanical skills and a keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review production orders to confirm that the necessary materials and components are available for the manufacturing process.
  • Conduct safety inspections of machinery to ensure compliance with operational safety standards.
  • Prepare machinery for production runs and secure approval from management prior to commencing operations.
  • Monitor and assess the quality of products during the manufacturing process.

Work Schedule:
  • Day Shift: Monday - Friday from 6:30 AM to 3 PM.

Compensation:
$21 per hour

Qualifications:

  • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the workday.
  • Prior experience in machine operation is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in computer operations is required.
