Mail Processing Equipment Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Mail Processing Equipment Specialist to operate essential mail processing machinery in a high-volume setting. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient handling of incoming correspondence.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Utilize the Falcon Red machine to effectively open, extract, scan, and image incoming mail seamlessly.
- Guarantee that all mail is processed and imaged in compliance with established company protocols.
- Work diligently in a production-focused environment, ensuring daily objectives are met, which may occasionally require extended hours.
- Support additional mailroom operations as necessary.
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced production environment or mailroom operations is advantageous.
- Knowledge of mail processing equipment, especially the Falcon Red machine, is preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to perform efficiently under pressure.
- Willingness to work additional hours when required to complete all tasks.
