Position Overview
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role bridging the Finance team and the ESG office, focusing on the company's ESG reporting obligations and sustainability efforts.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, preparation, and analysis of reports in alignment with SEC climate disclosure regulations and the company's sustainability commitments.
- Support the implementation and reporting of SEC climate disclosure requirements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual sustainability progress reports.
- Prepare materials for senior management and external disclosures.

Governance and Compliance
- Develop and execute formal ESG and sustainability governance policies to ensure compliance with SEC and FASB standards.
- Manage the online platform for data collection and audits, providing guidance to data providers on submission processes.

Collaboration and Coordination
- Work closely with financial and ESG reporting teams to document and execute the ESG disclosure control program.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external auditors to oversee mandatory ESG reporting.

Benchmarking and Analysis
- Conduct ongoing assessments of ESG and sustainability disclosures compared to industry peers and best practices.

Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in ESG and/or Sustainability.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields such as Sustainability Management or Data Analytics.
- Familiarity with U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting, and corporate governance preferred.
- Knowledge of greenhouse gas accounting (scope 1, 2, and 3) is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Compensation
In accordance with Pay Transparency requirements, the estimated compensation range for this position starts at $90,000.00.
