Role Summary:
This Senior Cybersecurity Specialist role is designed for individuals who thrive in a dynamic, deadline-oriented setting. You will play a crucial role in formulating, executing, and sustaining a robust security framework in alignment with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM).

Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure meticulous control and accountability of classified materials received and dispatched.
2. Oversee Visitor Access Control, Document Management, Personnel Security, and Security Training.
3. Conduct comprehensive security briefings and debriefings for employees during onboarding and offboarding.
4. Prepare for and engage in biannual and annual audits and assessments.
5. Aid in the establishment of local Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Operations Security (OPSEC) Plans, and COMSEC guidelines.
6. Draft Inquiry Reports addressing security breaches and recommend preventive measures.

Essential Qualifications:
1. A valid and transferable U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance is mandatory prior to commencement.
2. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
3. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Information Technology, Criminal Justice, or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Familiarity with 32 CFR 117, DoD M (NISPOM), and ISLs.
2. Knowledge of NSA Manual 3-16 and other COMSEC regulations.
3. Experience with DISS, submitting VALs, and verifying incoming visit requirements.
4. Proficiency in Access Commander Security database.
5. Understanding of Resolver Incident Management tracking database.
6. Completion of relevant General and Industrial Security Courses through the CDSE.

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is between 64,000 USD and 128,000 USD, reflecting a broad spectrum of experience levels. RTX considers various factors when making an offer, including role responsibilities, candidate experience, education, and key skills.
