Compensation: $60,000 - $120,000 annually (based on experience)
  • Guaranteed 40-hour work week with a flat-rate pay structure.
  • Earn time and a half for all warranty-related work.
  • Receive payment for 10 hours of training per day (gas/toll reimbursement included).
  • Earn $50 for each completed FCA web-based training certificate.

Flexible Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday (with a lunch break from 12 pm - 1 pm) and only one Saturday per month. Options include:
  • 7 am - 4 pm
  • 8 am - 5 pm
  • 9 am - 6 pm

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct maintenance services efficiently according to manufacturer and dealership standards.
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems.
  • Provide detailed written communication on repair orders.
  • Test drive vehicles and assess components and systems using diagnostic tools.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive technician.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong technical and computer skills are essential.
  • Must possess a personal set of tools (toolbox and special tools provided).
  • Ability to complete repairs correctly on the first attempt.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven individual.
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of an Automotive Repair Specialist, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and communicate effectively.
  • Ability to frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds.
  • Frequent movement in and out of vehicles.
  • Prolonged periods of standing, bending, and stooping.
