Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently perform tasks as outlined in repair orders while adhering to dealership protocols.
  • Conduct test drives and utilize diagnostic tools to assess vehicle systems.
  • Diagnose and repair various vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, and electrical components.
  • Maintain clear communication with service advisors to keep customers informed about their vehicles.
  • Execute warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
Qualifications:
  • ASE certifications are preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive repair.
  • Strong customer service skills and a commitment to quality work.
  • Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Physical Requirements:
  • Regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands for various tasks.
  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds frequently.
  • Required to test drive vehicles as part of the repair process.
