Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently and courteously address all maintenance requests.
  • Prepare unoccupied units to meet market-ready standards.
  • Repair and maintain basic electrical circuits, switches, outlets, and lighting fixtures.
  • Contribute to the cleanliness of the community, including monitoring and recording chemical levels in swimming pools.
  • Manage landscaping, grounds maintenance, and parking lot upkeep, including snow removal duties.
  • Document and execute preventive maintenance tasks.
  • Provide emergency support to residents outside of regular office hours.
  • Exhibit mobility within the work environment.
  • Be available for overtime and participate in an on-call emergency rotation.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent education, training, or experience.
  • 2-3 years of relevant maintenance experience.
  • Type 2 or Universal EPA Certification is preferred.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential.
