Business Development and Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development and Account Manager to join our team at JobSquad Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, meetings, and networking events.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, warm calls, and referrals.
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts through effective account management and relationship-building.
  • Collaborate with our leadership team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and developing strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
