Business Development Manager

At SERVPRO, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, driving our marketing campaigns, and overseeing the client database.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business development plans to meet and exceed revenue and activity goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects to drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives to promote SERVPRO's services.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of three to five years of outside business-to-business sales experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
