Job Title: Business Development Director - TCS Energy

Job Summary:

The Business Development Director will be responsible for executing regional sales and business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the North American energy market. This is a key senior sales role that requires a strong understanding of the energy sector, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute regional sales and business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the North American energy market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the energy sector, including CxO level executives and other influencers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and alliances, to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the energy market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business development strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the energy sector, including market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership on business development progress, opportunities, and challenges.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Strong understanding of the energy sector, including market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
