Business Development Director

CEVA Logistics is seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to lead our Contract Logistics sales efforts in North America. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract logistics sales, with a proven track record of success in targeting and securing new business opportunities with large MNCs. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet and exceed our customers' objectives.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing sales plans and campaigns to take advantage of market opportunities
- Working with stakeholders to develop compelling and integrated supply chain solutions
- Building and maintaining relationships with potential customers and stakeholders
- Preparing and presenting proposals to prospective clients
- Securing new Contract Logistics business that meets or exceeds revenue targets
Requirements include:
- 7+ years' contract logistics sales experience working for a tier 1 3PL
- Hunter mentality with demonstrable experience of successfully targeting supply chain leaders from large MNCs
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel 60% or more
