We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Marquee Insurance Group, LLC. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to grow their career in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate new business leads and expand existing customer relationships.
- Sales and Customer Service: Sell MIG's core services, provide excellent customer service, and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Rate Shopping: Shop rates from various insurance companies, assemble information, screen accounts for the marketplace, and work with underwriters and finance companies to assemble a competitive insurance package for existing clients.
- Policy Placement: Use independent judgment and discretion to determine the best policies for potential and existing clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate and persuade
- Exceptional customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Team player with multi-tasking and prioritizing abilities
- Insurance/transportation industry knowledge preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office skills and related computer knowledge
- Competitive salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
