Business Development Director

At All Dry Services of Charleston, we're seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to spearhead our sales efforts. With a competitive base salary ranging from $40,000 to $100,000 annually, this is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to thrive.
This role involves forging trusting relationships with clients, including insurance agencies, property management groups, and hotels. You'll work closely with Regional and National Sales Managers to develop effective strategies and techniques in the market.
To excel in this position, you should possess strong communication skills, be organized, and have a valid driver's license. Additionally, you'll need to log calls, use provided technology to plan routes, and maintain commission reporting.
The ideal candidate will be self-driven, positive, and able to build rapport with clients. They'll also participate in bi-weekly sales strategy meetings via Zoom and contribute to the growth of our company.
