Business Development Specialist

**About the Role**
A Sales Account Manager at Recruiterboom will be responsible for establishing and cultivating relationships with businesses and organizations that can benefit from our temporary staffing services.
**Responsibilities:**
- Raise awareness about our company among potential clients through research, introductory calls, visits to work sites, and sales presentations.
- Work closely with the recruiting team to identify and coach the best candidates for each job opening.
**Requirements:
- Problem-solving skills, personal initiative, discretion, and judgment when evaluating existing and prospective clients.
- Informed decision-making based on the character of businesses and the potential for successful partnerships.
- The ability to represent the company professionally and ethically among existing and prospective clients.
**Salary and Benefits:** The estimated salary for this position is around $60,000 per year. You will also receive hands-on training programs and a nationwide mentoring program to support your professional development.
