Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Hospitality Operations to join our team at Compass Group USA. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food service programs, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead a team of hospitality professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve profitability, and enhance customer experience.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate financial planning and decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal partners to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in food service management, with a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
  • Experience in catering, event planning, or other related areas.
  • Knowledge of food purchasing, inventory control, and cost management.
  • Experience with food safety certifications, such as ServSafe.
