Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Experience: Analyze guest feedback and implement changes to improve service quality and guest satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Experience: At least 5 years of progressive experience in a General Manager role at a property of similar size and level of service.
  • Knowledge: Working knowledge of all applicable laws, codes, and regulations.
  • Skills: Strong communication, general management, financial management, and people management skills, including time management, information analysis, planning and organizing, decision making, problem solving, and delivery of results.
