Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead our team at Orion Talent. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our production facility, ensuring that all departments are operating at maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the operations team, ensuring that all personnel are working towards common goals and objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize production processes, reducing costs and increasing productivity.
  • Financial Management: Manage the production budget, ensuring that all expenses are aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure that all products meet company standards.
  • Team Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, providing training and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing people, resources, and time within an industrial/production environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, operations management, or engineering.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
