Lead Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Leading investigations to determine the root causes of equipment malfunctions and repair methodologies.
- Establishing maintenance operational standards.
- Offering technical support for diagnosing failures and implementing repairs.
- Ensuring that work requests are accompanied by essential engineering input for critical machinery.
- Assisting in the development of maintenance budgets and project methodologies.
- Contributing to the creation of work orders and reliability data for equipment.
- Prioritizing safety and environmental considerations in all maintenance practices.
Required Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant military experience, with at least 3 years of experience in maintenance, engineering, or manufacturing environments. Candidates must be comfortable working at heights and should have, or be willing to obtain, a TWIC card.
